About the event

Are you stressed, exhausted, anxious or feel as if you are perpetually running on empty, personally and professionally?  If so, you may be experiencing burnout. While burnout syndrome has reached an all-time high, the good news is that learning to establish healthy boundaries can help you stick to priorities and let go of the burdens and conflicts that drain you.

Join us for a 30-minute talk on the causes, signs and symptoms of burnout, what boundaries are and are not, and key considerations for setting healthy, flexible boundaries to help you recover or prevent burnout. Followed by a 30-minute interactive group discussion on the common areas that put your “boundary skills” to the test-- including work, partners or spouses, children, family & friends, and difficult relationships--- and the skills, approaches and strategies for effectively addressing them.
